Is There Magic in the Town or in People?

I had a good morning walk to a local coffee shop to have a black sesame late (it was awesome!) and intending to read my RSS feeds (for better or worse). Really only planned on staying maaaaybe 2 hours.

However, I ended up seeing 3 friends and staying through lunch! Two of them were meeting and I didn’t even know they knew each other. They let me tag along and be a part of it. It was really generous hearing these people talk and work together on things even if they didn’t agree on everything.

I feel like this town has a magic to it, others here have said so. However, I wonder if it is a magic in each of us and who we surround ourselves with. I mean, this town is really great but it does have flaws - especially in the recent world we are living in. However, maybe it really is the people one surrounds themself with. Maybe each of us have that magic spark that can go with you or be spread around.
